Aro Granite – Results Update

Aro Granite’s sales declined from 67.7cr to 55.4cr and net profits declined from 3.84cr to 1.96cr YoY. Annually the sales have been flat at 254.7cr as against 251.3cr and net profits have declined from 21cr to 16.68cr. The company seems to have taken a debt of around 10cr, and it would be interesting to see the intent of that debt (is it capacity expansion?) since the company also has 20cr cash on its books. At current market cap of 84cr, with cash on books of 20cr, there’s nothing much to loose but we should continue to evaluate the business.

Ace, above are the nos. i got from screener that i use. My investment into pressman is based on above nos + other criteria.
Numbers might be a bit here and there when compared to what you use.

Wanted to confirm if my following assumptions are correct:
The above nos indicate a great pick, not yet recognized by the market.
Has a huge potential to multiply money.
    Thank You

sir, your views on venus remedies and dai ichi karkar, nilkamal, national feeting and coral lab please.

also would like to know your views on power sector.. its testing investor’s patience.

    • venus, daichi no change from previous views… at an equivalent market cap i like gujarat themis much more than coral. also, instead of nilkamal i would prefer a prima plastic in my portfolio. dont know what is national feeting…
power sector is a govt. dependent and capital intensive sector…a very dangerous combination….

Hello Ace ji…hope u r doing well……As mentioned in the blog before, today is that salary day and I added more of our new Pharma Gem GTBL @46.50——-we are 100% convinced that it will do better with lot of positive trigger in near term(good Q4 result, restructuring, new production in this FY etc…)———and with good promoters, including eminent foreign promoter, Lupin’s helping hand, 75% promoters holding without any pledge and reserves are all set to be positive this FY, with around 20% OPM and 15% NPM–I think it must trade at PE of minimum 20-25 by the end of this Fiscal with Industry PE of around 30———so I see all possibility for this Gem to be multiplied…….Thanks a lot for finding this Gem from long list with multi level filtering criteria…….God Bless U!!!!!!!!!!Cheers!!!!!!!!

sir, as i said, last week Gujarat Themis met its targets when it made a high of 59.5 and gave a bit of re-tracement. Now the much important correction has come to and end now and it closed the week with UC. Now a bit of consolidation followed by continuation of upmove should come. Sir, it looks something is brewing here looking at volumes. Also, technically as you said, its now very bullish especially after this correction. The way this correction has come to an end makes the trend very strong now. Thanks for letting me share my views ace sir.
