Hi ace, after reading your comment, when through the AR..Could see that Management is trying to reduce debt . However please guide me – on Page 22 of AR total indebtness stands at 160 crores . however the balance sheet on Page 44 of AR states total loans is 72 crores.
As i am not a student of accounts can you please explain what is the total outstanding debt STL Global needs to pay back ?
Do you have any idea about the commercial rate of real estate they are developing as IT park. Saw in the AR they have alloted 23k sq feet to DBS bank and 20 k Sq feet to Indusind bank from this IT park as debt repayment . Basically im trying to ascertain where the debt will stand once this IT park project is finished.
they appear to be doing the right things as i said. for people who have difficulty in accounting i had suggested a course on this blog. please search the blog and educate yourself.
